These sets are ideal for working out biceps, triceps, back and chest. The linking bar gives you the ability to do both curls and press training.
Each set includes 2 hand held bars, a barbell link and 4 spinlock collars for complete, quick workouts straight out of the box.


The plates are made from durable vinyl with a cement filled centre, with chrome dumbbell handles compatible with any 1’’/2mm weigh plate.
